Would like to know that why we unit owner are not allowed to hacked walls in our unit to have electrical wiring concealed for additional 3 pin power points as the unit ready build but does not provide sufficient 3 pin power point instead of adding pvc casing on the wall that looks awkward & ugly for a new unit?
We owner are bearing the costs of hacking, recementing , repainting the wall after wiring works completed with proper MCBs connections. We are being told that our renovation deposits shall be forfeited!
If this is the case, then you do for us the additional 3 pins power points & electrical wiring for it which we required in our unit !
